Great indoor pool and hot tub. The kitchen in the suite was fully equipped with new appliances, perfect for family meals.
The bathroom setup had its flaws. The low toilet seat was inconvenient and the shower water pressure felt lacking. Neighbors created noise disturbances throughout the night, accompanied by an unwanted smell seeping in from adjacent rooms.

The breakfast had a huge variety of food and it was plentiful. The setting was good, not far from good restaurants, and Rochester for a series of medical appointments and procedures at UR Medical Center/Wilmot Cancer Center. There was pizzeria Gaetano's Bakery, that I found within 15 minutes' walk of the hotel.

The layout of the two-bedroom suite was perfect for our family, offering ample living space and a fully equipped kitchen, made cooking family meals easy. We had so much fun in the heated indoor pool and hot tub after long days. Plus, the complimentary hot breakfast buffet featured delicious options like scrambled eggs and sausages, we started our day off right!

The staff here was just so sweet, like a warm hug after a long day. My room had a kitchenette. Breakfast was a real treat-those waffles hit the spot! Just wish the gym had more equipment to work with, but overall, I'd come back in a heartbeat.
